1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any enquiry you submit through it. They are between you and FB Venture Group Ltd, trading as Supply Juice, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16355975. By using the site you accept them. The specific terms of any work we do for you are set out in a separate written agreement.

2. Using this site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use it in any way that damages or disrupts it. We may withdraw or change any part of the site without notice.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting the form or booking a strategy call does not create a contract for services and places no obligation on either party. We may decline to work with any enquirer. Anything discussed on a call is indicative until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties.

4. Services and engagement terms

Our services are provided under an initial six month term unless agreed otherwise in writing. Scope, fees, payment terms and notice periods are set out in your service agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

5. Results and case studies

The figures, case studies and testimonials on this site describe results achieved by specific clients over specific periods. They are not a promise or guarantee of the results you will achieve. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including your offer, your market, your sales process and your budget.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Supply Juice name, logo, copy, video and design, belongs to us or our clients and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or republish it without our written permission.

Client footage shown here is published with that client's permission. Ownership of content we produce for you is dealt with in your service agreement.

7. Third party platforms

Our work involves platforms we do not control, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Google. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, policy changes, account restrictions or pricing. Advertising accounts and spend remain yours throughout.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of this site. This site is provided as is, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
