Who we are

Supply Juice is a trading name of FB Venture Group Ltd (“Supply Juice”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 16355975. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at Team@supplyjuice.co.uk.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• ·Your name, business name, email address and mobile number
• ·The sector you selected and your indicated monthly marketing investment
• ·Campaign attribution data such as UTM parameters, referring page and the time you arrived

We also collect standard technical data through cookies and analytics, including your approximate location, device and browser type, and how you move through the site.

Why we use it

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold your strategy call, and provide our services if you become a client. Where you have agreed, we also use it to send you occasional marketing about our services. We use technical and attribution data to understand which campaigns work and to improve this site.

Our lawful bases are your consent (marketing and non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (delivering services you have engaged us for), and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers who help us operate, each acting under contract on our instructions:

• ·Our own client portal, hosted on our infrastructure, where your enquiry is stored and managed
• ·Calendly, to schedule your call
• ·Meta Platforms and Google, for advertising measurement and analytics. Where you have agreed, we share a hashed version of your email address and phone number with Meta through its Conversions API so that conversions can be attributed to the ads you saw. Hashing means Meta never receives these details in readable form
• ·Cloudflare, which hosts this site and serves its video content

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Advertising and profiling

We advertise on Meta's platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. With your agreement, the Meta Pixel on this site and Meta's Conversions API record the actions you take here, such as viewing a page or submitting the enquiry form, and report them back to Meta so we can measure which ads work.

This involves automated profiling. Meta may use the data to show you our ads again elsewhere on its platforms, and to build audiences of people with similar characteristics. It does not produce any legal effect for you and no decision about you is made by automated means alone.

For this activity, we and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers in respect of the collection and transmission of the data. Meta's own handling of it afterwards is governed by its privacy policy. A summary of the joint controller arrangement is available in Meta's controller addendum.

You can object to this at any time by declining advertising cookies on this site, adjusting your Meta ad preferences, or emailing us. Declining does not affect your enquiry or the service you receive.

Children

This site and our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of our engagement and for six years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site uses three categories of cookie. Essential cookies make the site work and cannot be turned off. Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics, tell us how the site is used. Advertising cookies, set by the Meta Pixel, let us measure and target our advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you agree to them in the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer, or through your browser settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these, email Team@supplyjuice.co.uk. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
